An ill considered and unwanted amendment to copyright law:
if anyone alleges that you are using copyrighted material and
you don't remove it on the basis of an unsubstantiated
allegation your ISP MUST disconnect you.....

The amendment was due to come into effect in
March but has been stayed. for the time being.......
