I hadn't known about it before and, though I don't read the papers much 
nowadays or watch much tv news or chase news on the web as I used to, I 
have to say that it should have come across my horizon. It hasn't. And I 
get told about major news, and some other stuff too, from keen watchers.

I'm still not very clear, though it does remind me of what was being 
said about Bush's formation of the National Security Agency, post 9/11. 
I'm very concerned myself about loss of freedom and free speech in the 
west generally. These days it seems mostly generated by major business 
buying politicians and government. One can never be sure how far these 
repressive measures suit them, rather than being political needs, or 
power hungry psychopaths in government. I'm planning to write an 
alternative philosophy of politics, democracy, economics and capitalism 
version [currently we have monetarism - aka "Free" Market and 
Globalisation, which is basically a transfer of money and assets from 
poor and state to rich and would be rich, and a destabiliser of real 
economies].

I may have seen the initials before, but probably confused it with NCPAA 
[no, that order's wrong]. Have you some points on it to clarify and to 
inidcate where you see the big dangers?

header image - they were working on it, but not quite approved it. With 
luck I'll be properly online in the next couple of weeks.
