[wdvltalk-social] OT ;-) CD-RW discs problem

I have  CD-RW discs which are showing 0bytes used 0bytes available with both Roxio and Burn4Free.    I don't seen able to find 'reformat' on either prog, nor via windoze.   At this moment mention of Linux and Mac will be unhelpful...

Any advice?
