++ on that. Getting started on dev should be as easy as possible, and
there is not really a case to go paranoid on security. If the dev cares
about security, either they are already being a firewall, or they have
much bigger issues on their hands than the brand-new Dancer "hello
world" they have now running on their machine. :-)
