[dancer-users] New release: Dancer2 0.156000

[Sawyer X]

This one is not a very exciting release, and most of it includes fixing and
correcting behavior with serializers, but we're trying to keep up with a
quick releases:

Changes are as follows:

    [ BUG FIXES ]
    * Do not try to deserialize empty content.

    * Do not call serialization hooks when no serialization took place.

    * Be more cautious on undef output from serializer.

    [ ENHANCEMENTS ]
    * Add cpanfile when scaffolding a new app.

    * Response "content" attribute no longer stringifies. This should help
      reduce warnings, odd debugging problems, etc. (Sawyer X)
    * DSL "uri_for" no longer returns URI object. Instead just the URI.

    * GH #777: Fix doc for mentioning public dir.
