Statistics:

Dancer 2.0 DSL has these new keywords: app, context, core_debug, dancer_app, dancer_version, dsl, log, response, runner
Dancer 2.0 is at 89.83% ( 53 symbols supported on 59)
Dancer 2.0 code-lines ratio: 63.06% (7567/11999)

So the situation isn't actually bad, as the first three are already deprecated in Dancer 1.
I wonder where the new keywords are documented.
