Hi guys,

I have tried to improve development.pod. At first, mostly typos and
other little things and then a little more basic stuff. I will not be
able to improve the whole document a lot more since I don't understand
enough.

I think I incorporated also some ofpolettix's suggested changes to the
same document without really understanding what it is.
