"Accept-language" is nice, and I'm using it when a user hits the home
page. I.e.:

http://www.polettix_sei_avanti.it/

But then I really want to have the language in URI so users can save
them, copy and paste them, send them to a friend while keeping the
information regarding the language.

I do understand this thing can also be seen the opposite way: it might
be better to send to a friend a language-agnostic URI and let his
browser send the language information to the server.
