Due to an employment change, I no longer work with Dancer with any regularity. I have a number of Dancer plugins -- and many of the D2 ones are in various states of breakage due to the D2 API churn. As those who know my other Perl community work can imagine, I have a severe "round tuit" shortage and I don't expect to maintain my Dancer plugins or fix the broken ones. I've marked them all as "HANDOFF" on PAUSE and welcome anyone who volunteers to take some or all of them over. Regards, David

Quite a loss for the Dancer team and community :-(. However, good luck with your new task and projects at work! What about your Dancer related repositories like plugins and engines on Github? Can we move them to Perl Dancer? Oh, sure. I just dropped out of the Perl Dancer org, but if you add me back, I should be able to move them over, once I figure out a script to automate it. -- David Golden <xdg@xdg.me> Twitter/IRC: @xdg

Yes, you are back in the team now. Please don't forget to move them. Thanks Racke -- LinuXia Systems => http://www.linuxia.de/ Expert Interchange Consulting and System Administration ICDEVGROUP => http://www.icdevgroup.org/ Interchange Development Team

The GitHub transfer is easy: go to repo settings > transfer ownership in the Danger Zone. PAUSE co-maint will also have to be changed, if you want the release dance to go on. And also: very sad to see you go. Contribution was muchly tremendously appreciated. Already beginning to pray the Dark Gods that you'll be back into the fold one day. :-) Joy, `/anick --

Individually, they are easy, but I have several. :-)

I've added HANDOFF to comaint (since I think that bumps them up in Neil B's adoption metrics) and will do a full transfer to someone who steps up.

It was a fun ride. Meanwhile, I've joined MongoDB on the Perl driver team, so my plate is pretty full. David -- David Golden <xdg@xdg.me> Twitter/IRC: @xdg

I think there are less than 10. It'll probably be faster to bite the bullet than to write the script to do it. Less fun, mind you. ;-)

If you want to throw the stewardship in my direction, I'll gladly ensure that those modules end up with proper care.

Sadly, they don't have an API for transfer. I'll try to pick off a few at a time.

Will do that shortly. David -- David Golden <xdg@xdg.me> Twitter/IRC: @xdg

I'd like to join Yanick's words of praise and thank you for all the wonderful work you've done! Hate to see you leave, but happy to see you continue a new interesting path. I'm sure you'll do wonderful work there too. :)
