now that I have the following working (thanks Matt Vickers) % curl 'http://dm.local/dm.json?var=prcp&from=1980-1-1&to=1980-2-2' I get back {"prcp": [0, 1, 2, 1, 0 ... lots of elements .. ]} Except, these values need to be post-processed before display/use. Of course, I could do this with two different routes, one for via the browser, and the other via curl. But, surely, Dancer has some way more elegant pas de deux that can do this, no? Cookies handling is broken

Hi again, A co-worker of mine started using Dancer to built an URL-shortener with unique-click stats. http://susbck.com/ To do so he uses multiple cookies to flag each visitors, and he came to realize that Dancer's cookie handling is ... well, completely broken :/ The most important thing we do wrong is to use one single Set-Cookie header (this is a recent change). Indeed, even if the HTTP specs tells us to do so, most browsers fail at parsing one Set-Cookie header with multiple values. Apparently it's way better to use multiple Set-Cookie headers (like Dancer used to do). Moreover, in the current version, Dancer splits the Set-Cookie header in a rather stupid way (split /[,;]/) which leads to have a mess of values when cookies are set with options (like "expires", or "path"). I'm saying that to the list just to warn you that we should change the way Dancer handles cookies. Actually, I think we should rewrite it completely, maybe by looking at how CGI::Cookie works. Currently, I use HTTP::Server::Simple behind a nginx cache and so far there was no reason to change that. More on OAI at http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/openarchivesprotocol.html. Session cookie and send_file doubt

Hello !! im new to dancer adn im really enjoying hwo easy and simple it is, im actuaally testing some examples on the cookbook and soms simple functions and encountered a strange behaviour i cannot understand. Version numbers hard coded in templates

I used the 1.2xx version to initially generate my app. Later I upgraded to 1.3xx. Viewing the page it made, it still reports the old version (and in the default 404). I realize these pages are meant to be replaced with my code but it would be cool if it would report the version correctly. Probably same with perl version.
