[devtalk] Mysterious gremlins!

Thanks Matt - will find out why but in the meantime in an effort to fix 
the problem I've doubled the allowed space - but still the newsletter 
won't show! (Yes, I have uploaded it again and Cute shows it is there 
with correct uploaded time and date!)
