[devtalk] IE7 bug?

It looks like I get to be the first person to actually ask a question on the new list. :)

I have just found out that an older section of my company's website now breaks in IE7 and I cannot make any sense of it. Specifically, the problem is that the links in the left navigation aren't rendered as links. What doesn't make sense is that 1) it doesn't happen on every page and 2) on one page, *some* of the navigation links work and others don't.

Here is the link to the "site within our site": www.aph.org/cvi<http://www.aph.org/cvi>

This page features the "no navigation links work": www.aph.org/cvi/shared.html<http://www.aph.org/cvi/shared.html>

This page features the "some navigation links work": www.aph.org/cvi/iep.html<http://www.aph.org/cvi/iep.html>

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Malcolm
