I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to be a perldancer
admin to see that page. But, basically, it's just the list
of peeps belonging to the plugins-maintainers group. 
Which, right now, consists of SawyerX, DavsX, polletix
and deluxaran (something tells me the roster list will
soon get longer). 

.. btw, is it me, or is that group could also be
named "the X-Men"? :-)
