[dancer-users] Dancer v1.3113 on its way to CPAN

As the subject line says, a maintenance version of Dancer is on its way 
to CPAN (changelog excerpt below). Nothing major there, just a few fixes 
and improvements. As usual, thanks a bunch to all patch submitters and 
bug reporters!
