Actually, I do something much simpler.

I have a Foo::User.pm, which has:
package Foo::User;
use Dancer ':syntax';
prefix '/user';

get '/' => sub {...};
get '/view/' => sub {...};
--

Then from Foo.pm, I set up:
load path( qw/ Foo User.pm / );

That's it.
